• This product has been sourced from sustainably raised Grass Fed animals that have never been confined to a feedlot (or fed grains) and are completely free of any added antibiotics or hormones.

• In summary, Beef Dripping is rendered fat sourced from any part of the animal, whilst Beef Tallow comes from the nutrient dense fatty tissue (kidney and loin) surrounding the organs.

• Yes. The supplier has been granted Halal certification by the Australian Halal Development & Accreditation.

How is it made?

• This premium Beef Tallow is made by slowly boiling the suet over heat until it has liquefied. Once rendered, the solids are then filtered out and what remains is the beautiful final product.

Should you refrigerate after opening and how long does it last? 

• There is no need to refrigerate Beef Tallow if you have a cool pantry. Properly stored Beef Tallow can last up to one year when stored in cool dark environments, with the potential to extend even further if refrigerated.
